CLARIFICATION ON H.F.F.C.F. LIVESTOCK RULES 2.1 ITEM C

Current Rule Reads as follows:

• All exhibitors, grades seven (7) through twelve (12), are required to maintain a (G.P.A.) grade point average of 2.0 to participate in the fair.  Proof of grades from the most recent report card will be required with entries. 

CLARIFICATION TO RULE:

• If a 2.0 has not been reached at time entries are due a student has the following options:
• Exhibitor may provide proof of 2.0 GPA or higher from the Fifth Term report card on or before 5-21-10.
• An HFFCF progress report form due to the chairman of the academic committee the Friday before fair with up to date grades and signatures from every teacher resulting in a 2.0 GPA or greater.

• If an exhibitor is not currently enrolled in an educational institution a signed academic satisfaction form will serve as verification of academic achievement.
