59th Annual Healdsburg Future Farmers Country Fair
May 22 – 24, 2008 At Recreation Park (corner of University and Piper) Free Admission and Entertainment

Still Exhibits open for viewing 10am – 8pm Thursday & Friday
Swan Brothers Circus – shows daily Check tent for show times. juggling * magic * acrobatics
The Midway – Open till 10pm each night Everything from corn dogs and burgers to ice cream and snowcones. Lots of games too. All sponsored by your local non-profit organizations.
Wednesday, May 21st The Fair/Midway does not officially start until Thursday at 7pm.
LIVESTOCK WEIGH-IN 9am All FFA animals arrive, weigh-ins at 12 noon 1-5pm 4-H Beef to arrive, weigh-ins 5pm 1-6:30pm 4-H Sheep arrive, weigh-ins 5-6:30pm 4:00pm: Mandatory Exhibitors Meeting
3-5pm: EXHIBITS CHECK-IN All entries must be labeled properly to avoid disqualification. Check your rulebook.
Thursday, May 22nd LIVESTOCK WEIGH-IN 9am: All 4-H swine, weigh-ins right after NOTE: All swine must arrive by 9am – no exceptions! **Mandatory Exhibiters Meeting, followed by weigh-in**
9-10am: EXHIBITS CHECK-IN Judging at 10:00am 1-3pm: PLANTING OF BARRELS 3:30pm: GARDEN BARREL JUDGING
6pm: PARADE Theme: Happiness is...
7:00pm (approximate time):KARATE DEMONSTRATION
Friday, May 23rd 8am: LIVESTOCK SHOW Ring 1 FFA Swine Showmanship followed by market class 4-H Swine Showmanship followed by market class LUNCH BREAK Breeding Swine 4-H & FFA combined Ring 2 4-H Sheep Showmanship followed by market class FFA Sheep Showmanship followed by market class LUNCH BREAK Breeding Sheep 4-H & FFA combined

10am–4pm: PETTING ZOO 10am-8pm: EXHIBIT TENT OPEN Exhibit pickup 12 noon – 1pm 11:30am: PET PARADE 12-3pm: KIDS’ DAY ACTIVITIES Fun and prizes for all ages Pet parade, diaper derby, egg toss, sack race, bubble gum blowing, etc. 3:45pm: VINE JUDGING AWARDS 4pm: AWARDS CEREMONY · Main Showring · All exhibitors must be in uniform
5:30pm: LIVESTOCK AUCTION · FFA followed by 4-H · Beef, sheep, rabbits, swine, poultry
